MANILA, PHILIPPINES

Welcome to the concrete jungle of Manila city. Manila is the capital city of Philippines and is the most densely populated city in the world. I'm anticipating traffic jams and places packed with people. Anyhow, I should explore the city.

PALAWAN, PHILIPPINES - Part 3 : Travel Recommendation

At this point of writing, there are no direct flights from Boracay to Puerto Princesa. Hope there will be in the future.

Anyway, I took the flight from Caticlan - Cebu - Puerto Princesa. The flight from Caticlan to Mactan-Cebu International Airport took an hour.

Cebu is also a popular tourist destination, famous for its beautiful beaches and historical sites. Well, I didn't have enough time to slot this place in my itinerary. Maybe next time.

Honda Bay is located on the Eastern shore of Palawan and is known for it's beautiful beaches on the several islets scattered across the bay. Honda Bay is the place to go for island hopping activity combined with snorkeling, swimming while enjoying the beach and beautiful sea landscapes. It is just a 30 minutes ride from Puerto Princesa City and people often come here to relax and unwind when visiting Palawan Island.

BORACAY, PHILIPPINES – Part 3: Travel Recommendations

Boracay is known for its pure white sand and crystal clear water. This tropical island in the central Philippines is dream holiday destination for many honeymooners.

Island hopping and taking a trip round the Boracay island is a popular day trip activity. My first stop is Crystal Cove Island which is located North of Boracay Island. I also visited Puka Beach which is in my opinion, the best beach in Boracay.

BORACAY, PHILIPPINES – Part 1

Just came back from Philippines late September. First stop in Philippines, Boracay Island.

Boracay has always been a dream vacation to wind down, relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Boracay has often been called the ‘Best Island in the World’ or the ‘World’s Most Beautiful Tropical Island’.

True enough, the shoreline is dotted with beautiful, uncrowded beaches such as Puka and Balinghai Beach.

White Beach however is the main attraction where most of the tourist goes. It is famous for its pristine, white powdery sand and crystal clear blue water of the surrounding sea.
