Bako National Park is Sarawak's oldest national park. It is famous for its dramatic sea stacks, diverse ecosystem and for being home to the endangered Proboscis Monkey. It is easy to take a day trip to Bako from Kuching.

Kuching Waterfront along the south bank of Sarawak River offers scenic views of the Astana, the iconic Sarawak State Legislative Assembly building and Fort Margherita across the river. The most convenient way to cross the river is to take a ride on a local Penambang boat or go for a stroll across the newly constructed Darul Hana Bridge that connects both riverbanks. During sunset time, it is popular to take a cruise along the river which usually last for 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy the panoramic view of Kuching.

Batu Caves is one of the top tourist attractions in Malaysia which is located within a massive limestone outcrop in Gombak, Selangor. Famed for its stunning caves and rainbow steps, the country's biggest Thaipusam celebration takes place here annually with over a million attendees.
