GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, USA
Wyoming is house to two of United States’ famous National Park, the Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.
Grand Teton National Park is located in the Rocky Mountain in Wyoming, just south of Yellowstone National Park and north of Jackson town.
Before entering the Grand Teton National Park, I stopped by at Jackson town for lunch. Jackson serves as the gateway to two of the best-known national parks, Grand Teton and the nearby Yellowstone.
Jackson town (sometimes mistakenly called “Jackson’s Hole”) is a lovely western cowboy town. Almost every building in town is constructed in log cabin style.
Hmmmm…….where shall I go for lunch?
There are many restaurants in Jackson town, mostly serving western cuisine like grilled steaks.
Gun Barrel is another steak house in town.

McDonald’s – over 99 billion served! What a record!
The half-mast American Flag, in remembrance of 9/11.
Settled for McDonald’s as I want my lunch to be quick with no fuss.
Ordered the Southern Style Chicken and Angus (buffalo) burger, which McDonalds doesn’t serve back in my home country. Delicious!
Let’s explore the town.

The boy scouts collected the antlers left by the male elks and shaped it into an arch at each corner of George Washington Memorial Park.
The National Elk Refuge is situated nearby Jackson town. Numerous elks uses the valley as grazing range during the winter. After winter, the elks leaves the valley, leaving behind large amount of antlers the male elks shed each year.

These mountains were named by 19th century French speaking fur trappers.
These men called the mountains “Les Trois Tetons”, meaning the three breasts. Don’t really see any resemblance of a breast anyway.
